At HTS Shoes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day exchange policy to ensure you get the perfect pair!

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues, defective items, or wrong products received.

  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and product photos (if applicable).

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll be guided on how to send the item back.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch the exchange item.

  • Shipping charges for returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
